Daytona Beach Shopping

Nothing can brighten up your day like a little retail therapy. Walking around and browsing through different stores and finding treasures is a lot of people’s favorite pastime. Luckily, Daytona Beach shopping is great and there are many wonderful options that will keep you occupied for a long time. Here are some of the best spots to search the racks and shelves for some cool new stuff.

Daytona Beach Shopping

The Volusia Mall is Daytona Beach’s go-to spot for shopping. Featuring 125 stores, the Volusia Mall has everything you could want in a mall. You can find nationwide chains like Champs, Macy’s, Dillard’s and Hot Topic. There is also a great collection of local or regional favorites like Winey Wench or Paleteria Original Popsicles. Hungry? Another local favorite is Mr. Dunderbaks, which is a German delicatessen. It’s not just a restaurant, it features some of the most unique items you’ll find in the area. From imported meats and cheeses to an extremely wide selection of mustards and condiments. Aside from that, they also serve wine and beer. How many malls have you been to where that is available?

Another great location for shopping is Beach Street, specifically the Riverfront Shops. The “Historic Beach Street Retail Area” features a wide variety of locally owned stores, galleries and boutiques for your shopping pleasure.  Antique stores are aplenty and offer some of the best antiquing in the area. The Miami Hat Company offers high end hats, specifically the Tilley Hat. Three Brothers Boards are one of the world’s leaders in custom wooden paddleboard manufacturing. They also offer tours that specialize in taking you to locations where manatee and dolphin are known to frequent. There’s nowhere you can get closer to these beautiful animals than on a Three Brothers Boards tour!

As you can see, Daytona Beach shopping is abundant and exciting. Grab your purse or wallet and get out there and explore!
