Try swimming laps, doing pool aerobics, or one of these workouts from U.S. Masters Swimming. There are pool exercises for all ages and levels, you just find one that works for your needs.

Yoga

The benefits of yoga are practically endless, but the fact that you can do it just about anywhere makes it perfect for condo application. With yoga you can increase your flexibility, increase your muscle strength and tone, have improved respiration, energy, and vitality, and so much more. If you’re an absolute beginner you might need to take a few classes or watch some videos first. Once you’re comfortable, you can do yoga by the pool on one of Marina Grande’s generous sun decks or in the comfort of your own home.
